Communication - Culture - Leadership
Our approach
- At first an extensive intake is conducted, as the expressed demand is discussed in detail. On this basis a well-founded proposal is presented to the participant. After the final approval of the proposal, the details for the training-course are specified.
- Before the start of the actual training-course, the participants go through a cross-cultural assessment, designed by Mr. Lewis. This assessment empowers the participants to realize his or her own culture type: Linearactive, Reactive or Multiactive or a hybrid of the two, as shown in the introductory film. Starting from the cross-cultural assessment, the participant is equipped in a simple manner to see the differences and similarities between his / her cultural pattern, values, communication style and the Indian cultural pattern, values and style of communication. The participant will also be informed about which values and beliefs influence his or her behaviour. From this, the training is strongly directed towards achieving the best way in dealing with people from India ad visa versa. This includes work habit, communicating, leading with time and planning, team forming, negotiating, use of status and values and norms.
- It is an option, in the training, to include an element of coaching for the participants, either individually or as a group.
- After having concluded the training-course, the participants will receive a registered certificate.
